The last meeting of the Erasmus+ project AGEADAPT – Adapting SMEs to the Ageing Workforce convened on September 14th and 15th this year in the enchanting city of Cádiz in Spain, against a late summer backdrop of sun-drenched shores and historic charm. The Spanish organization GrowthCoop responsible for arranging the meeting made the stay a successful and a very enriching experience for all attendees.

During the session, all the project partners focused most of their attention on finalizing the last project results and dissemination activities such as pilot testing and multiplier events. A large part of the debate was also devoted to discussions about the main impacts of the developed training materials that were carefully crafted to serve as a valuable resource aiming at facilitating the help to target groups, company managers and individuals aged 55 and above, adapt to the rapidly changing labour market conditions.

In retrospect, the AGEADAPT project was more than just a professional endeavor. It has shown how amazing things can happen when people work together, stay dedicated, and share a common vision. The memories created during the time in Cadiz, the bonds formed, and the tangible impact of project work on the lives of older individuals all stand as a testament to the success and significance of this remarkable project.
