At the end of last week, the third international project meeting of the partners of the Erasmus+ project AGEADAPT – Adapting SMEs to the Ageing Workforce, which aims to develop the potential of 55+ workers in SMEs, took place in the Czech Republic.
On 22n and 23rd September 2022, project partners from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovenia and Spain met in Prague to summarise the results of the work done so far on the first two project outputs and to elaborate further parts of the project concerning simple training tools to help the target groups adapt to the rapidly changing labour market conditions. Among other things, the two-day meeting included a workshop, led by a Spanish participant, on the basis of which inspirational educational materials for companies will be developed by all partners. And under the leadership of one of the Czech partners, another project output was developed, which will be short micro-learning videos designed specifically for workers 55+. The meeting also included further necessary discussions on project organisation and dissemination of project results.
At the end of the meeting, all project partners agreed that they found the event very fruitful and look forward to further cooperation in the next project period.
