The second transnational meeting of the project consortium of the project AGEADAPT – Adaptation Tools for Ageing Workforce in SMEs, organised under the Erasmus+ programme, took place in a virtual environment at the beginning of this week.
This time, all partners from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovenia and Spain met online to discuss together the work done so far on benchmarking the situation regarding the exploitation of the potential of 55+ workers in SMEs in each partner country since the start of the project and to plan the following steps for the next project period.
