AGEADAPT
Adaptation Tools for Ageing Workforce in SMEs
Happiness cannot be pursued; it must ensue
From 11/2021 to 10/2023, six organizations from Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Spain are cooperating to participate in the effort of supporting that older employees can stay in work life as long as possible.

The very rapidly aging population in most European countries is already leading to a noticeable shortage of skilled workers, which will intensify significantly over the next few years. It will therefore have to be a goal of companies to enable older employees to stay in the job as long as possible.
Our project therefore has two target groups:
- Older workers (55+)
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
For both groups, we will jointly develop learning materials that will help employees and companies to recognize and manage the special needs of aging workforces.
